Role Description The Water Hydraulic Engineer role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves designing, analyzing, and maintaining hydraulic systems for water supply, distribution, and control, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hydraulic calculations, supporting water resource planning, conducting field assessments, preparing technical drawings and reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on project implementation. The engineer will also troubleshoot system issues, recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability, and coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Hydraulic Systems and their design, analysis, and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Water Engineering and Water Resource Management for planning and optimizing water-related projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hydrology for assessing water flow, availability, and environmental impact.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering for understanding mechanical components and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with hydraulic modeling and design software (e.g., EPANET, WaterCAD, AutoCAD) and relevant simulation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international water and environmental regulations, codes, and best practices is an advantage.
