About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Plant supervisor to manage inventory data across multiple marketplaces and our D2C website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order processing, warehouse coordination, logistics, shipping, and inventory reconciliation while ensuring accurate stock records and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, Shopify, and other sales channels.
- Monitor stock availability, perform inventory reconciliation, and maintain accurate stock records across all platforms.
- Coordinate daily order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking with warehouse and logistics partners.
- Handle logistics operations, courier coordination, shipping issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and reconcile RTO (Return to Origin), customer returns, damaged inventory, and replacement stockwith proper documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, stock movement reports, dispatch reports, and reconciliation reports.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment and demand planning.
- Monitor order SLAs, dispatch timelines, cancellation rates, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure marketplace inventory sync and minimize overselling or stock-outs.
- Work closely with customer support, warehouse, and accounts teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
