Role Description The Ecommerce Executive role at Korebi Coffee is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing and optimizing online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility across ecommerce platforms and the company website. The Ecommerce Executive will monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies to increase conversions, average order value, and repeat purchases. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for product availability, ensuring accurate content and images, managing orders and returns, and handling customer queries related to online purchases. The role also includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams on campaigns, overseeing marketplace compliance, and supporting overall growth of Korebi’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce Account Management for Marketplaces
• Experience with E-commerce Daily Operations Like Co-ordinating with Warehouse Team, Order Processing, Co-ordinatijg with Shipping Partners for Orders Fulfillement & Resolving Various Issues & Disputes, Answering Customer Queries via Chat, Email & Calls
• Minimum Experience of 1 to 2 Years with Order Processing & Inventory Management Softwares Like Unicommerce / Odoo
• Good Knowledge with Excel
• Co-ordinating with Cross Functional Teams for Gettings Tasks done
• Knowledge of Ecommerce Platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, CRED, TataCliq, TataCliq Luxury Along with Cataloging, Pricing Updates / Bulk Pricing Updates, Inventory Updates / Bulk Inventory Updates, Keyword Research, Amazon SEO Content
• Knowledge & Experience with Amazon FBA Shipment Planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field
• Prior Work Experience of Minimum 2 Years is Required
• Bonus - Can Create Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly MIS Reports
• Bonus - Have Experience with Quick Commerce Platforms Like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart & Zepto
