Jubliant Food Works is seeking a highly skilled Senior Warehouse Executive to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra. As a Senior Warehouse Executive, you will play a critical role in managing warehouse operations, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring the efficient distribution of products. This full-time position requires a professional with solid experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective processes.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to manage product distribution and order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inventory levels and stock movements.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory and warehouse operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
