Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Salford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and retail management experience.
Tasks
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
Manage, train, and motivate store staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets
Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
