Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Associate International Sales position. The associate will be responsible for interacting with students and accommodation providers to help facilitate successful bookings. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads from international students, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate accommodation options. The associate will also negotiate with housing partners, ensure smooth coordination for bookings, and provide high-quality customer service to resolve any issues or queries. Strong interpersonal communication and an understanding of the sales lifecycle are key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Ability to perform market research, analyze trends, and identify potential opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
