CLIENT: Large Printing & Packaging Entity looking for a national sales leader to enhance its printing business to derive annual revenues of 100Crs..


Role Overview


We are seeking a seasoned and result-driven Business Head – Commercial Printing to lead growth initiatives and expand market presence. This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in commercial (offset) and digital printing, strong industry connects, and a proven ability to scale revenues beyond ₹50 Cr.

The incumbent will drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and align business development efforts with production capabilities to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion in commercial printing.
  • Own and deliver on top-line, bottom-line, and collection targets.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue streams, including job work and institutional business.


2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, industry connects, and structured outreach.
  • Acquire large/key accounts across sectors such as publishing, packaging, corporates, and government.
  • Lead negotiations, commercial closures, and long-term contract structuring.


3. Key Account & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth.
  • Act as escalation point for critical client concerns.


4. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and drive performance of a team of 8–10 sales professionals.


5. Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in digital & offset printing.



Incumbent Profile

  • 20 years of experience in commercial printing
  • Proven track record of managing ₹100 Cr+ revenue portfolios
  • Strong understanding of offset & digital printing technologies, costing, and operations
  • Established network within corporate, publishing, packaging, or institutional clients
