Role Description The Senior School Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing the smooth daily operations of the school. This role includes managing administrative processes, coordinating schedules, supervising support staff, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and standards. The Senior School Administrator collaborates closely with educational leadership to support lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student services. Responsibilities also involve maintaining effective communication with educators, learners, and families, organizing school events, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and future-ready school culture.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage school operations, documentation, scheduling, and office workflows.
- Candidates should possess Education and Lesson Planning skills to support teaching teams in implementing curricula and academic programs.
- Candidates should possess Educational Leadership capabilities to guide teams, uphold school policies, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in school or institutional administration, knowledge of educational regulations, and proficiency with digital tools and information systems are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, demonstrate ethical decision-making, and support inclusive and learner-centered practices is preferred.
