Chief Strategy Officer

Role Description

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad, responsible for defining and driving Esse India’s long-term strategic direction. This role involves developing comprehensive business and growth strategies, assessing market opportunities in immigration and visa consulting, and aligning organizational operations with strategic goals. The CSO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape financial and operational plans, oversee key strategic initiatives, and track performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing industry trends, preparing strategic reports and presentations, advising on investment decisions, and ensuring strategic initiatives support sustainable growth and client satisfaction. The CSO will also mentor senior managers, foster cross-functional collaboration, and represent the company in high-level internal and external discussions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Strategic Planning and Business Planning skills to design and implement long-term growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, performance metrics, and financial reports for informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and budgeting capabilities to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and profitability goals.
• Candidates should possess Executive Management experience to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
• Relevant skills such as leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving are highly beneficial.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or immigration-related sectors, and a graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, is preferred.
