Professor - Training and Development

The Professor of Training & Development (T&D) will provide academic leadership in teaching, research, and institutional development in the areas of Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. The role includes teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and executive education courses; leading curriculum development; supervising doctoral scholars and student research; and mentoring faculty members.

The incumbent is expected to conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals, secure externally funded research and consultancy projects, and establish strong collaborations with industry and professional bodies. The Professor will play a key role in designing executive training programmes, Management Development Programmes (MDPs), Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), and corporate learning initiatives. The role also includes contributing to accreditation, quality assurance, academic administration, and institutional strategy while fostering innovation in learning and organizational capability development.

Essential Qualifications

• :Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Organizational Behaviour, Management, or a closely related discipline
• .MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resource Management or a relevant field
• .Qualifications and experience as prescribed by UGC/AICTE and university regulations for the post of Professor
