This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator. The VMC Operator will be responsible for operating and overseeing the VMC machinery, setting up tools, adjusting machine settings, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. The role also involves inspecting finished products for accuracy and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace while adhering to company quality standards.

• Experience in operating and programming Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)
• Knowledge of CNC programming, machine tools, and machining processes
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure precision
• Understanding of technical drawings and ability to interpret engineering blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Minimum qualification: Vocational training or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field; prior experience as a VMC Operator preferred
• Familiarity with quality control standards and production best practices is an advantage
