We are seeking a skilled Embedded / VLSI Testing Engineer with experience in testing fabricated semiconductor chips. The candidate will be responsible for post-silicon validation, debugging, and verification of fabricated ICs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance of embedded systems and semiconductor devices.

• Perform post-silicon validation and testing of fabricated semiconductor chips.

• Develop and execute test plans and validation strategies for embedded hardware.

• Debug and analyze issues found in fabricated silicon devices.

• Work with embedded boards and testing environments to validate chip functionality.

• Collaborate with design, verification, and hardware teams to resolve defects.

• Perform functional, electrical, and performance testing on silicon devices.

• Support chip bring-up activities and failure analysis.

• Create documentation for test procedures, results, and debugging reports.

• Strong understanding of VLSI and embedded systems testing.

• Experience in post-silicon validation / fabricated chip testing.

• Knowledge of DFT concepts like Scan, JTAG, and BIST.

• Experience with embedded C programming.

• Familiarity with hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL.

• Knowledge of debugging tools such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.

• Understanding of semiconductor testing using ATE platforms.

• Experience in silicon bring-up and board-level testing.

• Knowledge of test automation using Python or scripting languages.

• Exposure to yield analysis and production testing.
