Position: Civil Quality Control Engineers

Project Nature: Data Center / Industrial Building

Project Location: Palava / Airoli - Navi Mumbai

Domain: Civil Engineering

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Exp required : 05 to 12 Years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of quality control systems, testing protocols, and lab equipment.
• Familiarity with contract conditions related to QA/QC.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Planning Engineer on quality-related specifications for sourced materials.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized quality records throughout the execution phase.
• Ensure execution teams follow approved instructions such as Pour Cards, BBS, and level benchmarks.
• Manage documentation, including approved samples and data control systems.
• Conduct material testing in line with checklists, specifications, and contract agreements.
• Collaborate with the Billing Engineer to submit test reports along with project bills.
• Monitor and rectify quality defects in coordination with the Execution team.
• Conduct daily quality checks focused on workmanship, alignment, and structural accuracy.
• Represent the project in review meetings with clients and consultants when required.
• Provide on-site training to workers and engineers to promote quality awareness.
• Prepare and submit all quality-related reports as per the Quality Policy Manual.
