Virtual Assistant / Business Support Coordinator

On behalf of our client, Jerevin Electrical Pte Ltd a Singapore-based licensed electrical services provider specializing in Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) services, including solar system submissions, single line diagram endorsements, EMA license applications, and site electrical support for non-residential premises we're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help the business stay organized and responsive as demand for its LEW services grows.

About the Role

You'll work directly with Jerevin's director to manage the day-to-day business operations that keep client work moving from the first inquiry to the final report. This role is sourced and coordinated by TriosCo on the client's behalf, and is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, writes clearly, and enjoys bringing structure to a growing service business.

What You'll Do

• Manage and prioritize incoming business leads and client inquiries
• Schedule and send appointment reminders for site visits and inspections
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Draft and format client-facing reports and documents
• Track deadlines for submissions, licenses, and site commissioning milestones
• Flag communication gaps or overdue follow-ups with clients
• Support light business planning and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with our on-ground paperwork team on solar application workflows

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English, with a professional, client-ready tone
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines at once
• Prior experience as a VA, EA, or admin/business support coordinator
• Confidence drafting quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Proactive mindset — comfortable flagging issues before they become problems
• Reliable internet connection and availability during Singapore business hours

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the electrical, construction, or solar/renewable energy industry
• Experience with CRM tools, scheduling software, or SP business portal-type systems
• Prior experience supporting a small or founder-led business
