Role Description The Business Development Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for aligning business development activities with operational processes. This role oversees the planning and execution of sales initiatives, monitors performance metrics, and ensures that operational workflows support revenue targets and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business data, coordinating with sales and operations teams, managing budgets related to business development projects, and optimizing procedures for lead management and client onboarding. The manager will create and refine reporting structures, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support leadership in strategic decision-making. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, regular communication with clients or partners, and hands-on involvement in implementing operational improvements that drive growth.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in operations management to design, implement, and refine processes that support business development.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting insights, and engaging with clients or partners.
- Experience in budgeting and financial tracking to manage project costs and support profitability targets.
- Sales acumen to understand pipelines, conversion metrics, and strategies for expanding business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience in business development, operations, or a similar role, preferably in a growth-oriented organization.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM or business analytics software is beneficial.
