Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Videographer and Editor role based in Kochi. The individual in this position will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with marketing goals and brand narratives. Key day-to-day tasks include operating cameras, managing lighting setups, shooting video projects, and editing videos for various digital platforms. Collaboration with the creative team to bring concepts to life and ensure timely delivery of projects is central to the role.

Qualifications

Experienced candidates preferred. Freshers may apply only if they already possess strong videography and editing skills and do not require basic training.
Strong expertise in AI-driven video creation and editing tools is essential — candidates must be comfortable integrating AI into production workflows.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).
Strong sense of framing, lighting, color, and audio.
Experience with social media-first content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads).
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred.
Candidates must have a fully functional personal laptop suitable for video editing tasks.
