Role Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, boost F&B revenues, and position the restaurants Villa Maya and Baker’s Arch competitively in the tourism market along with the operator network across major locations in India. The role focuses on digital marketing, partnerships, promotions, and market analysis aligned with seasonal tourism trends, also by forecasting the business opportunities to align maximum conversion. Should be able to function independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve F&B, banquet, and revenue targets
- Drive corporate, leisure and Group Inclusive tour
Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns
- Maintain and enhance the restaurant brand image across all platforms
- Oversee content for websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, and Online Travel Agencies.
- Collaborate with tourism boards and destination marketing organizations
Digital Sales & Online Presence
- Manage online distribution channels.
- Improve direct bookings through website optimization and digital campaigns
- Monitor and manage online reputation (reviews, ratings, guest feedback)
Market Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Recommend corrective actions based on market intelligence.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage sales & marketing budgets
- Track ROI on marketing expenses and promotional activities
- Optimize cost-efficiency without compromising brand impact
Education Qualification:
MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution
Communication Skills:
Conversant in English, Hindi and Malayalam
Experience:
5–8 years of relevant experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Sales or Tourism industry.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Managerial or Senior Sales role
Hands-on exposure in OTA and online distribution management.
