Great content and strong visuals are core to our brand — and we’re looking for a storyteller who can bring ideas to life through video.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Designer who can turn raw footage into compelling, high-quality content.

From long-form YouTube videos to short-form reels and brand films — you’ll own the entire edit pipeline with creative freedom.

You’ll collaborate closely with our founders, content, and marketing team to shape stories that are modern, engaging, and visually sharp.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos: interviews, podcasts, walkthroughs, YouTube content
• Create high-retention short videos: Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits
• Produce brand films and corporate videos — concept to final cut
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, transitions & color grading
• Design supporting visual assets when needed (thumbnails, titles, templates)
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all content
• Organise footage, manage timelines, and deliver on deadlines

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in video editing / content creation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (motion graphics, text animation)
• Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (basic design assets)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pace, color grading, transitions & audio sync
• Experience editing for digital-first platforms (Reels, YouTube, ads)
• Ability to manage multiple projects & deliver end-to-end edits
• Showreel / Portfolio is mandatory — YouTube / Drive / Website

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience conceptualising or directing shoots
• Knowledge of 3D elements, LUT-based grading, or motion templates
• Basic shoot coordination or guiding cinematographers on composition
