This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President will oversee operational strategy and daily business functions, ensure efficient project management, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing profit and loss (P&L) performance, and driving operational excellence across all service areas.

• Proven experience in Operations Management and P&L Management
• Strong background in Strategic Planning and Project Management
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
