Job Description – Product Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

Function: Marketing

Reports To: Head of Marketing

Job Type: Full-time, WFO, overlap with U.S. hours

Experience: 6–9 years

About The Company

The organization is building an Agentic Digital Health Platform featuring a healthcare-native data fabric, virtual assistants, and an interoperability gateway. It enables data integration, workflow automation, and real-time decision-making for digital health and health system teams.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging & Positioning:

  • Own platform, agents, and interoperability positioning
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into crisp messaging
  • Tailor messaging by segment and persona

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Create sales enablement collateral, templates, and demo scripts
  • Build thought leadership assets and landing page copy
  • Produce launch content, partner co-marketing assets, customer case studies

Internal Toolkits

  • Develop messaging memos, battlecards & competitive differentiation sheets

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to translate technical concepts (APIs, HL7v2, FHIR, data fabric) into business value
  • Expertise in building decks, battlecards & ROI calculators
  • Experience in long-form technical content
  • Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, HubSpot & Google Workspace

Past Experience

  • 5–8+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS
  • Strong advantage: U.S. healthcare, health tech, or AI
  • Proven ability to manage content workflow end-to-end
