About Somerce

Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency focused on driving GMV growth for brands. We work with some of the fastest-growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across the UK, US and EU, delivering best-in-class live commerce, affiliate strategy, paid media and trading execution.

This role sits at the centre of that. You will lead a portfolio of key accounts while managing and developing a team of Senior Account Managers, ensuring both client performance and internal standards are consistently high.

What You Will Do

Client Leadership & Strategic Ownership

  • Own and lead a portfolio of high-value TikTok Shop clients
  • Act as senior strategic lead across accounts, setting direction and ensuring delivery at every level
  • Build and oversee best-in-class TikTok Shop growth strategies aligned to client commercial goals
  • Maintain strong senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Lead key meetings, QBRs and strategic planning sessions

Team Leadership & Account Excellence

  • Manage and develop a team of Senior Account Managers
  • Set performance standards across accounts and ensure consistency in output
  • Provide coaching, feedback and support to drive team progression
  • Oversee account delivery to ensure:
    • Strong trading execution
    • Clear communication
    • High-quality reporting
  • Step in where needed to unblock challenges and drive results

E-commerce Trading & Commercial Performance

  • Oversee trading strategy across your account portfolio
  • Ensure trading calendars are built, aligned and executed to a high standard
  • Drive performance across:
    • GMV growth
    • AOV
    • Conversion rate
    • Margin optimisation
  • Challenge trading decisions to ensure commercial outcomes are prioritised
  • Identify opportunities to scale winning products and strategies across accounts

Affiliate & Creator Strategy Oversight

  • Define how affiliate and creator strategies are deployed across accounts
  • Ensure alignment between:
    • Affiliate activity
    • Trading strategy
    • Promotional mechanics
  • Oversee large-scale creator activations, campaigns and live moments
  • Ensure teams are:
    • Prioritising the right creators
    • Structuring the right offers
    • Driving consistent output
Performance & Forecasting

  • Own performance at a portfolio level, not just individual accounts
  • Review and challenge forecasts, ensuring they are realistic and commercially sound
  • Lead performance reviews with clear insights, actions and accountability
  • Use data to guide decisions across teams and accounts
  • Ensure reporting is clear, consistent and actionable

Operational & Commercial Impact

  • Support new business through strategy input and client conversations
  • Identify opportunities to grow account revenue and expand scope
  • Feed into internal processes, frameworks and best practices
  • Help shape how Somerce delivers at scale as we continue to grow

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Strong experience in e-commerce, trading or performance marketing leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading client accounts
  • Deep understanding of:
    • E-commerce trading and merchandising
    • Conversion rate optimisation
    • AOV growth strategies
    • Promotional planning and execution
  • Highly commercial mindset with confidence in decision making
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce
  • Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG
  • Experience scaling high-growth e-commerce brands
