Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide and support prospective students in choosing the right courses. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide career counseling to students and help them choose suitable courses

Handle inbound and outbound calls for admissions and inquiries

Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities to students

Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments

Maintain and update student database and CRM records

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes

Achieve monthly admission targets

Conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions when required

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Good organizational and time management skills

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience in Education / EdTech / Counseling / Sales is an added advantage
