Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that reflect the company’s brand, enhance marketing campaigns, and support digital and print communication. The role includes conceptualizing and executing graphics across multiple platforms such as social media, websites, packaging, print, and advertisements.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design & Content Creation
- Develop high-quality graphics for social media posts, reels, website banners, and ads
- Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, catalogs, posters, flyers, menus, gift boxes, and packaging designs
- Design marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines
- Edit and enhance product images for e-commerce platforms and catalogs
2. Social Media Design & Digital Branding
- Create visually strong content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce campaign-based creatives
3. Product & Packaging Design
- Design product labels, stickers, packaging sleeves, tags, and boxes
- Work with vendors and printing agencies to ensure accurate production
- Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, and color formats
4. Video Editing (Basic/Advanced)
- Edit short promotional videos, reels, and ad clips
- Add transitions, effects, typography, and color corrections
5. Brand Development
- Assist in developing brand style guides
- Regularly update design templates based on feedback
- Contribute to new creative strategies and campaign planning
6. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Present creative ideas and explain design rationale
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
