Job Description
Pice Educare Pvt. Ltd. specializes in assisting students to pursue higher education in India and abroad. With a strong focus on transparency and student success, Pice Educare provides end-to-end counselling and admission support in the medical and higher education space.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President β Sales based in Kolkata. The individual in this position will be responsible for driving overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and team performance across NEET UG, NEET PG, MBBS abroad, and related education services. The role involves leading sales teams, improving conversion performance, and aligning sales operations with marketing and management goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduation. MBA preferred (Sales / Marketing / Business Development)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles. Along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role like AGM/GM/AVP/VP etc.
- Strong experience in education counselling, admission consultancy, or EdTech sales.
- Proven ability to lead, scale, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Strong understanding of NEET UG / NEET PG admission counselling, Study UG/PG Abroad is an added advantage.
