This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing based in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives, leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners in the pharmaceutical industry. The Vice President will also be responsible for market analysis, overseeing branding initiatives, and driving revenue growth.

• Sales and Marketing expertise, including strategy development and execution, sales planning, and performance tracking
• Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate team members toward achieving business objectives
• Market Analysis and Business Development experience to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including trends, regulations, and key market dynamics
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving business success
