Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead Lakshya’s digital and brand marketing initiatives with a strong focus on driving growth and market leadership. The role demands expertise in performance marketing, branding, and integrated multi-channel campaigns to accelerate student acquisition, retention, and engagement while strengthening Lakshya’s brand visibility across India. The Marketing Head will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing impactful campaigns, optimizing media investments, managing agency partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand representation across digital and offline platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires data-driven decision-making, creativity, and collaboration to position Lakshya as a leading name in the education sector. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead digital marketing (SEM, PPC, SEO, ASO, affiliate marketing, media buying). 
  • Drive student acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. 
  • Plan and execute brand and performance campaigns for Lakshya. 
  • Manage branding across self-serve platforms and third-party media (OTT, publishers). Collaborate with Marketing & Campaign teams for cohesive brand representation.
  • Formulate strategies, track KPIs, and optimize ROI. 
  • Lead branch marketing initiatives across Pan-India branches. 
  • Manage agency/vendor partnerships to ensure timely and quality campaign delivery. 
  • Guide and review creative development for campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with brand strategy. 
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and digital innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. 


Qualifications & Skills 

  •  Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  •  10+ years’ experience in digital marketing & brand management (education sector preferred). 
  •  Strong expertise in SEM, PPC, SEO, ASO, affiliate marketing & media buying. 
  •  Proven track record in high-impact campaigns driving awareness & conversions. 
  •  Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. 
  •  Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets of at least ₹1-2 crore per month.
