Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Surat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, strategy development, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing deals. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of business strategies and meet organisational goals.
Qualifications
Excellent skills in market research, strategy development, and business planning
Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives
Relevant experience in the financial services industry
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
