Logistics Manager – E-Commerce

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring supply chain efficiency, fast execution, and high-quality delivery that supports business growth and enhances customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all e-commerce logistics operations end-to-end (warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and returns).
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that support scalability and growth across e-commerce channels.
• Manage and operate warehouses, ensuring efficient Picking, Packing, and Dispatch processes.

·       Managing high-volume customer orders on an e-commerce platform, including same-day delivery operations.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with local and international shipping carriers and last-mile delivery partners.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy and system integration across ERP / WMS / OMS platforms.
• Improve delivery lead times (SLA) and reduce delays and return rates.
• Analyze operational costs and implement cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare and manage the logistics budget and monitor performance.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate logistics and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and KPIs and present them to senior management.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, including proven experience in e-commerce logistics.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and e-commerce order fulfillment operations.

·       Experience in managing and training drivers, and allocating deliveries across different regions.

·       Experience in tracking and monitoring order fulfillment from the point of purchase through to final delivery.

• Experience working with shipping carriers, express delivery companies, and Last Mile operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP / WMS / OMS and inventory management systems.

·       Experience working on e-commerce platforms and delivery applications.

• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Arabic (spoken).
• Valid driving license.
