Job Summary: Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage multiple administrative tasks while supporting employees and vendors.

As we scale globally, we seek a visionary, results-driven Director of Sales Engineering to further build on the strategy to win customers, collaborate with sales leadership by providing the required leadership for sales enablement and customer acquisition, and take CoreStack to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Handle office supplies procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain office facilities and coordinate with maintenance/service providers
- Manage front desk activities and visitor coordination
- Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support HR and leadership teams with administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding logistics
- Liaise with vendors for office services and negotiations
- Track office assets and ensure proper maintenance
- Process invoices and follow up on payments
- Support audit and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- At least 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
