Industry Preference: Loyalty Management, Corporate Gifting, Gift Cards, Rewards & Recognition (R&R), Fintech/Payments

Location: New Delhi


Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for B2B sales, targeting key industries and high-potential market segments
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle including hunting, pitching, solutioning, and execution
  • Maintain a strong and consistent sales funnel to ensure predictable revenue
  • Achieve individual sales targets as well as drive the team to meet collective revenue goals, especially for digital gift vouchers

Enterprise Sales Growth

  • Drive enterprise sales by identifying, engaging, and closing large corporate accounts
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across industries

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term client partnerships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Market Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and areas for differentiation

Sales Funnel Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
  • Ensure efficiency, transparency, and consistency in the sales process

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align sales strategies with product offerings
  • Provide market feedback to influence product innovation and go-to-market strategies


Qualifications & Skill Set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of proven experience in B2B and enterprise sales within:

Fintech / Payments, Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards, Loyalty & Rewards Platforms, and Retail / E- commerce ecosystems

  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal negotiations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
