Jr. Interior Designer – Sales

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join our interior design team. This role involves understanding client preferences, offering personalized interior solutions, and supporting the project journey from consultation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their interior design preferences and project goals.
• Conduct client consultations to assess space, style, and functional requirements (under guidance if needed).
• Present and promote interior design concepts, products, and services tailored to client needs.
• Provide suggestions on design options, material choices, and furnishing combinations.
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices; follow up for approvals and payments.
• Address client queries and support negotiation processes to help close sales.
• Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and service offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales and client service strategies.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in interior design sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design.
• Interns with a strong interest in sales and interior design are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good sense of design aesthetics and client understanding.
