• 15+ years of overall experience including 10+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success and financial results
• Proven ability to manage delivery from end to end
• 10+ years in a presales / solutioning / consulting role with demonstrated track record of shaping and winning deals involving GenAI and Agentic AI – ideally in BPM, GCC, or technology services environments.
• Hands-on experience leading the solution workstream on complex pursuits (RFPs / RFIs / proactive pitches) featuring agentic or GenAI components, including business case construction, oral defenses, and outcome-based commercial constructs.
• Experience presenting agentic AI propositions to CXO-level audiences and building reusable solutioning assets (reference architectures, demos, ROI calculators, vertical playbooks) that scaled across the pipeline.
• Ability to travel as required domestically and / or internationally
