Digital Marketing Manager


Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive customer acquisition, and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role will lead all digital marketing initiatives across multiple business divisions, oversee performance marketing campaigns, manage digital assets, and collaborate with leadership, sales, and creative teams to support the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns while maintaining high lead quality and improving conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Oversee website performance, user experience, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Work closely with developers to improve website functionality, speed, and overall digital experience.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on user behavior.


Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies across websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media presence to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors to create high-quality marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.


CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to improve lead management and customer nurturing.
  • Build automated email marketing workflows and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.


Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, HR, IT, Operations, and Business Development.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and technology vendors.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing high-budget, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing dashboards.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation is an added advantage.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, recruitment marketing, staffing, construction, or service industries is preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹2,00,000 per month or higher, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, and overall fit for the role.
