The company develops Hospital Management, Human Resource Management, and Supply Chain Management Systems designed to streamline operations and improve organizational efficiency. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage the end-to-end digital marketing activities for 2–3 clients across multiple industries.
This role requires someone who is comfortable handling SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, website optimization, analytics, and reporting. If you're someone who enjoys owning client success and delivering measurable business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete digital marketing strategy for assigned clients.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO campaigns (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage LinkedIn Ads and other paid platforms when required.
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across major platforms.
- Coordinate content creation for blogs, landing pages, and social media.
- Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, CPL, and lead quality.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and content planning.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
