Job Title: Vendor Sourcing Executive

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Working Days: 6 days/week (2nd Saturday off)

CTC: ₹4–5 LPA

We are hiring a Vendor Sourcing Executive to support on-ground vendor discovery, sourcing, and supplier management across lifestyle categories such as apparel, textiles, jewellery, home decor, and related segments.

This is a field-intensive, execution-focused role, ideal for candidates who enjoy market visits, supplier interactions, and hands-on sourcing work.

• Identify and onboard new vendors/suppliers through on-ground sourcing
• Conduct regular market visits, vendor meetings, and factory visits
• Visit wholesale markets, trade fairs, and sourcing hubs to discover new suppliers and products
• Assist in price negotiations and commercial discussions with vendors
• Perform market research (pricing, trends, competitor benchmarking) through field work
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for smooth execution
• Coordinate with internal teams for product onboarding and operations
• Track vendor performance on pricing, quality, and timelines

• Experience or exposure to vendor sourcing / procurement / merchandising
• Mandatory on-ground experience (market visits, vendor meetings, factory visits, etc.)
• Basic negotiation and communication skills
• Interest in lifestyle categories (apparel, textile, jewellery, home decor)
• Willingness to do extensive field work

• Experience in D2C / ecommerce / marketplace businesses
• Familiarity with local wholesale markets or sourcing hubs
• Basic Excel or data tracking skills
• Exposure to vendor coordination or supplier handling

• 0.5–3 years of relevant experience
• Background in sourcing, merchandising, or vendor coordination
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable with field work
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in buying/sourcing roles

• Field work is mandatory – this is not a desk-based role
• Candidates without on-ground sourcing/vendor visit experience will not be considered
• Candidates with only visual merchandising or marketing roles will be rejected
• This role is execution-focused (not strategy-heavy)
