Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating new business leads, maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to craft tailored solutions for customers' IT infrastructure needs while ensuring a high level of customer service.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Effective Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and convey value propositions clearly.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new prospects and growth opportunities.
• Customer Service skills for addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to IT solutions and an understanding of basic IT infrastructure concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in meeting sales and business development targets.
