Hiring: US Ticketing Executive (Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive.

Role Highlights

Experience: 25 Years (International Travel Process)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (US Process)

Salary: Up to 50,000 PM + Incentives

What Youll Do

Handle end-to-end flight bookings, re-issuances, and cancellations.

Manage complex itineraries using Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (GDS).

Provide exceptional service to US-based clients, ensuring fare optimization.

Manage refunds, exchanges, and schedule changes efficiently.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in US Air Ticketing.

Proficiency in at least one major GDS.

Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
