Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ticketing Agent role based in Bengaluru. The Ticketing Agent IATA will handle day-to-day ticket sales and reservations across various travel products, including tours, cruises, and holiday packages. Responsibilities include advising customers on itinerary options, fares, and schedules; issuing and modifying tickets; and ensuring accurate reservation entries in booking systems. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving booking issues, processing payments, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to provide a smooth pre-travel experience. The Ticketing Agent is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, follow company policies, and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills to manage bookings and meet revenue goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support travelers and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including experience with booking systems or GDS platforms.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and basic numerical skills for accurate ticketing and payment processing.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality ticketing is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in travel and tourism, hospitality management, or a related field is beneficial.
