This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for a Senior Executive - Ticketing. The individual will handle ticket sales and reservations, coordinate with customers to provide exceptional service, and support sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include processing flight and travel reservations, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring accurate ticket issuance, and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs.

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure reliable client interactions
• Sales experience with a focus on travel-related offerings
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines
• Knowledge of travel industry systems (e.g., GDS) is an advantage
• Experience in handling corporate and group travel bookings is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in travel management or a related field is a plus
