Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong Light Industrial staffing expertise to support high-volume hiring for Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Production roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for non-IT technical and industrial positions across multiple US locations.

This role requires strong knowledge of US hiring practices, job boards, ATS systems, compliance standards, and client coordination, along with the ability to meet aggressive turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source qualified candidates for Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse, Chemical, Pharma, QC, Technician, Operator, and Maintenance roles.
• Use job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
• Perform active sourcing through Boolean search techniques, referrals, cold calling, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring industrial requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years of US Staffing / Recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for Light Industrial roles including:
• Manufacturing Technicians
• Machine Operators
• Warehouse Associates
• Chemical Operators
• Pharma Production Technicians
• Maintenance Technicians
• QC Technicians
• Strong knowledge of US job boards and ATS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in US shift hours.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Pharma, GMP, Chemical Manufacturing, FDA-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of hourly staffing, temp-to-perm, and high-volume hiring.
• Familiarity with SAP, Workday, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar ATS platforms.
• Understanding of safety requirements, PPE standards, and industrial compliance.
