Job Title: IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

 Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before

marketing.

 Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct

client.

 Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships

to supplement our sales capabilities.

 Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their

needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
 No experience required.

 Graduation from any stream.

 Verbal and written English communication skills.

 Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.

Other Information:
 Shift timing – 7 PM to 4 AM .

 Working Days – 5 (Monday to Friday).

 Work from office.

 Indian and US holidays.

 50K Incentive per Closure.
