Job Description -

• Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for all US employees.
• Help in managing end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, auditing, and reconciliation of payroll reports.
• Proficient in understanding pre-payroll requirements, handling exception scenarios, and the ability to analyze and resolve post-payroll discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process information quickly and provide actionable recommendations.
• Basic accounting knowledge, specifically related to payroll requirements.
• Good hands-on experience with US payroll operations.
• Conduct audits by preparing the necessary reports and documentation.
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide prompt resolutions.

• Experience- 0-2 Years (Fresher can apply)
