This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter, located in Tenali. The primary responsibilities include managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and hiring candidates for IT roles, developing technical recruitment strategies, and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future opportunities. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating with clients, understanding their specific requirements, and ensuring successful candidate placements.
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with a strong understanding of IT terminologies and technical job requirements
- Experience in Hiring processes and techniques to identify and secure top talent
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in high-paced recruitment environments is a plus
