Job Title: US IT Executive Recruiter - Night Shifts

Work Mode: Work from Home (Night Shift)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US clients.
• Work on Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Prime Vendors requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Work on different tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Understand various US work visas like H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of US IT Recruitment process.
• Knowledge of US visa types and tax terms.
• Experience using ATS and job portals.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
