Job Details:

• Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter (Fresher)
• Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Note: We provide 4 weeks of on-the-job training.

Job Description:

1. Identify and source professionals in the US Healthcare market through various job portals and sourcing methods.
2. Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
3. Understand client requirements and place suitable candidates.
4. Negotiate salary and finalize candidate placements.
5. Assist Account Managers/Team Leads with urgent hiring requirements.
6. Regularly update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to deliver results and work under pressure.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Willingness to work in night shifts.
