Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the United States. The recruiter should be well-versed in working with MSP/VMS clients and capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle while meeting client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US healthcare positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Recruit healthcare professionals including:
  • Registered Nurses (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN)
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
  • Allied Health Professionals
  • Therapists (PT, OT, SLP)
  • Medical Technologists
  • Pharmacists
  • Radiology Technicians
  • Medical Assistants and other clinical/non-clinical professionals.
  • Screen candidates through phone interviews and evaluate technical skills, certifications, experience, and availability.
  • Verify licenses, certifications, work authorization, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate pay rates and employment terms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
  • Build and maintain a strong healthcare talent pipeline.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes.

Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and industry terminology.
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting tools.
  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and other job boards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience recruiting for travel nursing and allied healthcare positions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with credentialing and compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099, Direct Hire).
