🚕 Cab Facility: Available

💰 Salary: Up to ₹35K CTC

Role Overview:

We are hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience through calls and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain clear and effective communication
• Collaborate with team members to meet service standards

Eligibility:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM knowledge preferred
• BPO / customer service experience is a plus
