Company Description La Baguette Group is a Tunisian catering group that began in 1996 with the launch of its local fast-food brand Baguette & Baguette. The concept quickly expanded into a chain that now operates 31 restaurants. In 2014, the group strengthened its presence in the restaurant industry through SGR, which introduced American franchises to the Tunisian market. Today, SGR manages well-known US brands such as CHILI'S and Papa John’s, offering diverse dining experiences while continuing to grow its portfolio.
Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about menu items, services, and promotions. The representative will handle order-related issues, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for guests. Daily tasks include logging interactions in customer service systems, coordinating with restaurant and operations teams, and following up to confirm customer satisfaction. The role also includes gathering feedback, identifying trends in customer concerns, and supporting continuous improvement in service standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support functions.
- Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and delivering quality Customer Service.
- Skills in enhancing Customer Experience through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with customer service software or CRM tools and comfort with using digital communication channels.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, business, or related fields is an asset.
