Job Description: Bluespirit, a leading aviation company, is urgently looking to hire freshers and 12th pass candidates for the role of Ground Operations Executive at our location in Chandigarh, India. This is a full-time position with great growth opportunities. As a Ground Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of ground operations at the airport. Your main duties will include coordinating with various departments, handling passenger inquiries, and ensuring timely and safe boarding of flights. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient ground operations at the airport. 2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 3. Ensure timely and safe boarding of flights. 4. Assist in the check-in and boarding process. 5. Coordinate with the cabin crew and ground staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers. 6. Handle any issues or complaints from passengers and resolve them in a timely manner. 7. Maintain accurate records of flight schedules, passenger information, and other relevant data. 8. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations. 9. Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo. 10. Provide support to other ground staff as needed. Requirements: 1. Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 5. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. 6. Basic computer knowledge. 7. Previous experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage.
