As a Counseling & Growth Intern, you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through the right educational decisions while also contributing to our outreach, marketing, and growth efforts.
This is a unique, cross-functional role where you will get hands-on exposure to counseling, marketing, business development, and client engagement β all under one mentorship-driven learning experience.
π― Key Responsibilities
π§ Counseling & Client Guidance
- Interact with students and parents to understand their academic goals, challenges, and aspirations.
- Conduct one-on-one or small-group counseling sessions (on call/in-person or virtual).
- Recommend suitable programs, batches, or learning pathways aligned with the studentβs needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-ups through CRM or internal tools.
π Business Development & Outreach
- Identify new target schools, student segments, and local collaboration opportunities.
- Execute outreach campaigns (calls, messages, LinkedIn/email) to connect with prospective students and parents.
- Support in planning and executing school visits, events, and counseling drives.
- Maintain databases and track performance of outreach initiatives.
π‘ Marketing & Communication
- Create ideas for engaging digital content (social media captions, student success stories, short videos).
- Coordinate with the marketing team for running and tracking digital campaigns.
- Promote Igniters programs through social platforms, WhatsApp groups, and online communities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, posters, and communication material for events.

- Leadership & Execution: Managing priorities, meeting targets, and leading small projects independently.
β Who Should Apply
- Students or recent graduates from Psychology, Education, Marketing, Business, or Management backgrounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred).
- Empathetic listener, confident speaker, and proactive learner.
- Comfortable interacting with parents, students, and institutional representatives.
- Interest in both counseling and growth-oriented business activities.
